A salmonelose \u00e9 a segunda infec\u00e7\u00e3o gastrointestinal mais relatada causada por um pat\u00f3geno alimentar, ap\u00f3s a campilobacteriose. Os maiores n\u00edveis de amostras positivas para salmonela v\u00eam das aves. Uma vez que a seguran\u00e7a das ra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 ligada \u00e0 sa\u00fade animal e, portanto, \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a alimentar, novas estrat\u00e9gias foram desenvolvidas para responder \u00e0s exig\u00eancias cada vez maiores dos clientes por seguran\u00e7a e sustentabilidade.<\/p>\n

Safmannan\u00ae<\/sup>, uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o para reduzir os riscos de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/h2>\n
