Microbiota modulation<\/span><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

To better understand this interaction, it is important to consider the impact of the environment, host, and nutrition, on turkey gut microbiota. A well-balanced gut microbiota can help make birds more resilient, giving them better resistance to stress and a faster recovery from health issues.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Different studies have demonstrated that adding Safmannan\u00ae<\/sup> to turkey feed has a positive effect on gut microbiota composition and diversity, consequently improving bird growth and feed efficiency[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”412916″ img_size=”120×178″ alignment=”right” qode_css_animation=””][\/qode_elements_holder_item][qode_elements_holder_item cover=”yes” vertical_alignment=”middle” horizontal_alignment=”left” advanced_animations=”no” background_image=”412939″][\/qode_elements_holder_item][\/qode_elements_holder][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” z_index=””][vc_column][qode_elements_holder number_of_columns=”two_columns”][qode_elements_holder_item vertical_alignment=”middle” horizontal_alignment=”left” advanced_animations=”no” item_padding=”5% 2% 5% 10%” background_color=”#e58734″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Enhance gut microbiota<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”27″ img_size=”50×25″ qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1592227932921{padding-top: 5% !important;padding-bottom: 5% !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1659613227916{padding-right: 10% !important;}”]A trial carried out in Italy in 2021 analyzed the bacteria population found in turkey feces. Two sampling points were used, at 21 and 85 days, taking a different taxonomic level (from phylum to species) by 16S sequencing. This was to define the impact of Safmannan<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00ae<\/sup> on the microbial population.
\nThe graphs show at each classification level, that Safmannan\u00ae<\/sup> helps increase the beneficial bacteria population while reducing the harmful bacteria.<\/span><\/p>\n

The control group results show a colonisation by Proteobacteria (Enterobacteriales, Campylobacteriales, Pseudomonales<\/em>). This did not occur in the Safmannan<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00ae<\/sup> group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Promote beneficial microorganisms<\/span><\/h2>\n
